THE LOT-PROGRESS #1


My approach with this case is to see if the services of the employees match the high quality caliber environment that they have created. To do this, I went to THE LOT Liberty Station and saw a movie. I ate in the outdoor dining area and observed the wait staff and accompanying employees. From this first impression, I was able to collect some thoughts and data and am now ready to try and interview someone. I currently work at Liberty Station in their venues department, so I am hoping that this will be my in to be able to strike up a conversation with the host or busser about their job and how they like the venue.

I potentially see this being a great learning experience for me. I mean there are already so many movie theaters out there, so I am excited to figure out what made them differentiate themselves from the rest. I am interested in seeing how they stand above the rest and what tactics they implement to ensure their high quality service is given to all guests. I hope that my first impression of THE LOT is true to what they really stand for and that they show this service to all their guests.
